Racing Anxiety (RA) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created in order to demonstrate RA’s firm commitment to the privacy of our members and website users. This policy explains what types of information is collected by our website, and how this information is used. RA does not actively gather information on you when you visit our website. What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected Individuals that either join RA on-line or register for our services using our online forms voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name, address, phone, name, title, and e-mail address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes, within RA and with our
partners offering similar, non-commercial resources to the local nonprofit community. If you use a credit card, we do not receive that information, only our processing partner, Donorbox.org and Paypal.com, receives this information solely to process your charges.

IP addresses

RA’s host server uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

Cookies

Some Websites may save a “cookie” on your computer’s hard disk to provide a temporary history of
actions taken. Our Website does not retain any record of “cookies”

How Your Information May Be Used

We use your personal information to provide you with personalized service, to send e-mail alerts to
you, to answer your requests, to process your credit card donation, etc. You may choose to opt-out at any time, which will cease all communications from us. We may also use your information to track visitors to our website. This lets us see which of our features are the most popular so we can better serve our users’ needs. It also lets us provide aggregate data about our traffic (not identifying you personally, but showing how many visitors used which features, for example) to outside parties.

E-Mail Privacy

RA does not sell or rent any collected e-mail addresses to anyone outside the organization. Any
group communications will come directly from Racing Anxiety to those who choose to be on our e-mail lists or from our sister organizations. You may always “opt-out,” either now or at any time in the future, if you do not wish to receive our messages. Simply click the unsubscribe button when an email comes from us or contact us using the contact methods below and we will work with you to remove your name from the list.

Modifications

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. We maintain the
option to modify this privacy at any time by electronic notice posted on our website. Your continued
use of our website after the date that such notices are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to

Raffle Rules and Regs

Official Rules and Regulations for the “Racing Anxiety Legal Drawing” in the State of Utah

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The “Racing Anxiety Legal Drawing” (hereinafter referred to as the “Drawing”) is open to attendees of Trail Hero, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Racing Anxiety (the “Sponsor”) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the production, development, or handling of the Drawing are not eligible to participate.

1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Drawing. Participants can enter by following the official Racing Anxiety Instagram account (@racinganxiety). Each follower of @racinganxiety will receive one entry into the Drawing. Tickets can be claimed at the Racing Anxiety Booth upon proof of following our social.

2. Entry Period:

2.1. The Entry Period for the Drawing will begin on October 2nd, 2023, and end on October 7th, 2023. All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.

3. Drawing and Winner Selection:

3.1. The Drawing will be conducted on Vendor Row on Saturday at 6 PM following the end of the Entry Period. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

3.2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

4. Notification of Winners:

4.1. The winners will be announced at the Drawing event for some prizes participants must be present to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes that do not require the participants to be present to win MUST BE REGISTERED to win remotely. Three tickets will be pulled for a remote winning drawing and winners will have 24 hours to respond or the next winner be contacted.

5. Prize:

5.1. The prizes for the drawings are donated by our sponsors. Entries are for a specific prize and tickets MUST be entered for a specific prize. General entries are not accepted.

6. General Conditions:

6.1. By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.

6.2. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Drawing or acceptance or use of the prize.

6.3. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

7. Publicity:

7.1. By participating in the Drawing, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy:

8.1. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Drawing, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of the Drawing as described in these Official Rules and Regulations.

9. Winner’s List:

9.1. To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Racing Anxiety Main Office within sixty (60) days of the Drawing.

10. Sponsors:

10.1. The Host of the “Racing Anxiety Legal Drawing” is Racing Anxiety, 91 N Main Roosevelt UT 84066

10.2 Other sponsors are various companies that have donated prizes, for a complete list of sponsors refer to Trail Hero’s official website.

11. Disputes:

11.1. Any disputes arising from the Drawing shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to the Drawing shall be the state and federal courts located in the State of Utah.

By entering the Drawing, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Official Rules and Regulations.
